Weigh 4.00±0.05 g homogenized sample into a 15 mL Centrifuge Tube. 🧪 Test Procedure
Please carefully read the operating instructions before the experiment. Before use, allow the test card and the sample solution to reach room temperature. Remove the reagent bucket and test strip bag from the original packaging, open them, and take out the required number of microwell reagents and test cards, and label them. Use within 60 min. Use a pipette to draw 200 μL of the sample to be tested into the microwell, slowly aspirate and mix thoroughly with the microwell reagent. Incubate at room temperature for 5 min, then use a pipette to draw approximately 100 μL of the mixed solution and vertically drop it into the sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper provided in the kit to slowly and vertically add 3 drops of the mixed solution into the sample well (S well). Start timing when the liquid begins to flow, allow to react for 5 min, and immediately interpret the result according to the schematic diagram. Interpretation at other times is invalid.
