📋Test Procedure Guide
1
📝 Before testing, the sample should be restored to room temperature (20–30°C). Take a fresh sample, wipe off any soil, and cut it into pieces smaller than 1 cm square. Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of the sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, then add 6 mL of extraction solution, cap the tube, vortex or manually shake up and down for 1 min, and let stand for 5 min to obtain the sample solution. According to the testing requirements, dilute according to the following table to obtain the test solution. Sample name | National standard limit (mg/kg) | Sample solution (µL) + Extraction solution (µL) Edamame, baby corn, papaya, pineapple | 0.01 | No dilution required, use as test solution Onion, banana | 0.02 | 500 + 500 Garlic, pea, water bamboo, asparagus, sweet potato | 0.05 | 200 + 800 Head cabbage, bitter gourd, luffa, winter melon, pumpkin, potato, mango, dragon fruit, watermelon | 0.2 | 50 + 950 Scallion, edible-podded legumes (except snow peas and common beans), root vegetables (except turnip), ginger, apple, pear, hawthorn, loquat | 0.3 | 30 + 970 Cauliflower, eggplant, cucurbits (except hairy gourd, bitter gourd, luffa, winter melon, pumpkin), citrus fruits, peach, avocado, melons (except muskmelon), berries and other small fruits (except kiwifruit) | 0.5 | 20 + 980 Celery, tomato, pepper, hairy gourd, stem lettuce, sweet pepper, jujube, stone fruits (except peach), snow pea | 1 | 20 + 1980 For the following samples, after diluting 20 µL of sample solution with 1980 µL of extraction solution, further dilute according to the table below to obtain the test solution. Chinese kale, kiwifruit, muskmelon | 2 | 500 + 500 Brassica vegetables (except head cabbage, cauliflower, Chinese kale, flowering Chinese cabbage), spinach, stem lettuce leaves | 5 | 200 + 800 Common bean | 7 | 150 + 850 Chinese chive, leaf lettuce | 10 | 100 + 900 Note: The above table does not list all detectable samples. The applicability of samples not listed must be confirmed with our technical center. After sample pretreatment is completed, spotting should be completed within 5 min. The sampling method refers to the "Administrative Measures for Food Safety Sampling Inspection" (Order No. 15 of the State Administration in 2019), and the national standard limits refer to GB2763—2026.
Before testing, samples should be restored to room temperature (20–30°C). Take fresh samples, wipe off soil, and cut into pieces smaller than 1 cm². Weigh 2.00 ± 0.05 g of sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 6 mL of extraction solution, close the lid, vortex or manually shake up and down for 1 min, then let stand for 5 min to obtain the sample solution. According to testing requirements, dilute as per the table below to obtain the test solution.
