📝 Sample Preparation
Take the defatted tissue sample and homogenize in a homogenizer. 2. Weigh 4.00 ± 0.05 g of the homogenized sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube. Add 0.4 mL of sample extraction reagent 1, then add 6 mL of sample extraction reagent 2. Vortex for 30 s using a vortex mixer. Centrifuge at 4000 r/min at room temperature for 5 min. Transfer 4 mL of the upper organic phase into a 10 mL centrifuge tube. Evaporate to dryness under a nitrogen or air stream in a water bath at 50–60°C. 3. Add 250 µL of sample reconstitution solution. Then add a 200 µL yellow pipette tip, or repeatedly pipette 3–4 times. Vortex for 1 min using a vortex mixer. This is the sample solution. Note: The purpose of adding a 200 µL yellow pipette tip is to assist in vortex dissolution.

🧪 Test Procedure
Read the operation manual carefully before experiment. Please read the operating instructions carefully before the experiment. Before use, bring the test card and the sample to be tested to room temperature. Remove the reagent bucket and test paper bag from the original packaging, take out the required number of microwell reagents and test cards, mark them, and use immediately. Using a micropipette, aspirate 200 µL of the test solution into the microwell, slowly pipette up and down to mix thoroughly with the reagent in the microwell. After incubation at room temperature for 3 min, use a micropipette to aspirate approximately 100 µL of the mixed solution and vertically drip it into the sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper provided in the kit to aspirate the mixed solution and slowly add 3 drops vertically into the sample well (S well). Start timing when the liquid begins to flow. Allow the reaction to proceed for 5 min, then immediately interpret the result according to the schematic diagram or read the test result using a colloidal gold analyzer. Results read at any other time are invalid.
