📋Test Procedure Guide
1
📝 Sample Preparation
Before testing, the sample should be brought to room temperature (20~30℃). Take a fresh sample, wipe off soil, and cut into pieces smaller than 1 cm square. Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of the sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 6 mL of extraction solvent, cap the tube. Vortex using a vortex mixer or shake manually up and down for 1 min, then let stand for 5 min to obtain the test solution. Note: After sample pretreatment, spotting should be completed within 5 min. Sampling method refers to the "Administrative Measures for Food Safety Sampling Inspection" (Order No. 15 of the State Administration for Market Regulation, 2019), and the national standard limit refers to GB 2763.

🧪 Test Procedure
Read the operation manual carefully before experiment. Before use, equilibrate the test card and test solution to room temperature (20~30℃). Remove the test card from the original packaging. Mark it and use immediately. Using a pipette, transfer 100 μL of test solution and add vertically and slowly into the sample well (S well). Alternatively, using the disposable dropper provided in the kit, aspirate the test solution and add 3 drops vertically and slowly into the sample well (S well). Start timing when liquid begins to flow. React for 10 min. Immediately proceed.
