📝 Homogenize tissue samples using a homogenizer. Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of the homogenized tissue sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 4 mL of extraction agent, vortex for 2 min, and centrifuge at 4000 r/min for 5 min. Transfer 3 mL of the supernatant to a 10 mL centrifuge tube, and dry under a stream of nitrogen or air in a water bath at 50–60°C. Add 200 µL of sample reconstitution solution, vortex for 20 s to obtain the test solution (for shrimp meat samples, add a 250 μL pipette tip during vortexing to aid drug dissolution, or pipette up and down 3–4 times).
