📝 Before testing, the sample should be restored to room temperature (20–30°C). Take fresh sample, wipe off soil, and cut into pieces smaller than 1 cm square. Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, then add 4 mL of extraction liquid, close the lid, vortex or manually shake up and down for 1 min, and let stand for 1 min to obtain the sample solution. After sample preparation, spotting should be completed within 5 min. Sampling method refers to the "Administrative Measures for Food Safety Sampling and Inspection" (2019 State Administration Order No. 15), and national standard limits refer to GB2763.

🧪 Test Procedure
before the experiment, Before the experiment, please carefully read the instruction manual. Before use, allow the test card and the test sample to equilibrate to room temperature. Remove the test card from the original packaging bag, open it, and use immediately. Using a disposable dropper, slowly and vertically add 100 µL (approximately 3 drops) into the sample well (S well). Begin timing when liquid starts to flow. React for 10 min, then proceed.
