Sample Prep

Take 300-500 g representative sample, Grind until ≥90% of particles pass through a 20-mesh sieve; Weigh 5.00±0.05 g sample into a 50 mL Centrifuge Tube, add 25 mL 50%ethanol-water extraction solution, 用vortex mixer 2600-2800 rpmSufficientlyShake3 min, Shake后Immediatelypour into2mL Centrifuge Tube; Handheld/PalmCentrifugeCentrifuge2 min; Collect supernatantSolution待Dilute; SamplediluentSufficientlyMix well; 取500 μLSamplediluent于2 mL Centrifuge Tube, add 100 μL待diluent, Mix well后Centrifuge1 minready for testing. We offer three sample prep solutions for sample sizes of 5 g, 10 g, and 20 g.

Detection

Turn on the Thermostatic Incubator; ready to use once temperature reaches 37°C . Before the experiment, carefully read this manual and the fluorescence reader operating instructions. Before use, allow the test card and sample solution to equilibrate to room temperature. Remove the test card from the original packaging, label it, and use immediately. Using a pipette, aspirate 100 μL of sample solution and vertically dispense it into the sample well. Place on an incubator at 37°C and incubate for 8 minutes. Place the test card in the fluorescence reader to read the results.
