Sample Prep

Take 300-500 g representative sample, grind until ≥90% passes through 20-mesh sieve. Weigh 5.00±0.05 g sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube, add 25 mL of 50% ethanol-water extraction solution, vortex vigorously at 2600-2800 rpm for 3 min, then immediately pour into a 2 mL centrifuge tube. Centrifuge in a palm centrifuge for 2 min. Collect supernatant for dilution; mix the sample diluent thoroughly. Transfer 500 μL of sample diluent into a 2 mL centrifuge tube, add 100 μL of diluent, mix and centrifuge for 1 min before testing. (Check if supernatant is clear; extend centrifugation if impurities are present.) 注 2: Note: Due to highly uneven mycotoxin distribution in samples, proportionally increasing sample and extraction volumes improves repeatability. We offer three sample prep solutions for sample sizes of 5 g, 10 g, and 20 g.

Detection

Before the experiment, please carefully read this manual and the operation instructions for the fluorescence reader. Before use, bring the test card and the test solution to room temperature. Remove the test card from the original packaging bag, mark it, and use it immediately. Using a pipette, draw 100 μL of the test solution and vertically add it to the sample well. Place on an incubator at 37°C and incubate for 8 minutes. Place the test card into the fluorescence reader to read the results.
